Fletcher Gardens is an 8-story high-rise of 93 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units.
It is an age-restricted community for residents 62 years of age or older, only.
Fletcher Gardens is conveniently located with an active community, and regular resident-based events. 
Fletcher Gardens is rent-subsidized, based on income.  This is not assisted living.
